The first one is about meditation which was originally published in the New York Times and says that due to mobile addiction these days, it is difficult to meditate in life and one should start with two to three minutes of meditation and should slowly increase to 15 to 20 minutes. In the daily routine of your life, one can focus on different small things like the chirping of birds, winds blowing, etc.


The second article is about the Gluten Free diet being followed by the famous international Cricketer Mr. Virat Kohli who says that he has left Gluten, Dairy Products, and processed sugar out of his diet and is leaving a very healthy life.

This Thursday, I got a short article from Pandit Vijay Shankar Mehta Ji, who is a regular writer for Dainik Bhaskar Newspaper. On the 25th of August 2022, he wrote about how to interact with God by leaving all the evils in you outside and keeping yourself standing before God. Not to use your mind while meditating before God but with heart, one has to feel the presence or Aura of Almighty God. Only with love, and affection in the heart can join you with God and there is no space for thinking or chanting the mantras.
