ABOUT MEDITATION AND GLUTEN

On the 25th of August 2022, the Dainik Bhakar Newspaper published these two interesting articles. The first one is about meditation which was originally published in the New York Times and says that due to mobile addiction these days, it is difficult to meditate in life and one should start with two to three minutes of meditation and should slowly increase to 15 to 20 minutes. In the daily routine of your life, one can focus on different small things like the chirping of birds, winds blowing, etc.


The second article is about the Gluten Free diet being followed by the famous international Cricketer Mr. Virat Kohli who says that he has left Gluten, Dairy Products, and processed sugar out of his diet and is leaving a very healthy life.
